Returns & Exchanges
All of our resin lights are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or variation
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thezeldaglow@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
