Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
After placing your order you will receive and order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before production begins.
